Production:
All items will be created in house once payment is received.
Our standard dispatch time is 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday excluding Public and Bank Holidays). We may be able to expedite the production and dispatch using an express delivery service for a small fee. Please contact us if you require an item sooner.
We only offer Free Delivery, but may offer selectable options during checkout.
Packaging:
All large (A3) prints are rolled and shipped in round postage tubes to ensure they are best protected.
All small (A4, A5 etc.) prints are shipped in board backed “do not bend” envelopes.
All Vinyl Decals / Labels are shipped in board backed “do not bend” envelopes.
Where possible, we use recycled packaging materials.
Shipping:
All items will be delivered Free of Charge using standard Royal Mail services.
Saturday delivery can be arranged at extra costs. Please contact us to arrange this service, which will be subject to achievable production time.
We do not currently offer delivery on Sundays.
Please be advised that delays in the Royal Mail delivery service do occasionally take place which is outside of our control.
These delivery estimates are for mainland UK only.
Please allow additional days for islands and overseas (incl. Channel Islands).
You will receive an e-mail confirmation containing tracking information (if applicable) once your order has been despatched.
We reserve the right to alter or change our delivery service (including chargeable options) at any time.
International Shipping :
We do not usually ship outside the United Kingdom, but may consider exceptions if requested.
If you require delivery outside of the UK, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide you with an accurate quote for shipping cost (if possible).
