Cancellations:
As all of our products are made to order, they are normally non-refundable.
If you request a cancellation prior to us beginning production, we can offer a full refund.
If you request a cancellation once production has begun, we may be able to offer a partial refund. We will need to cover our production costs prior to the cancellation request.

Returns:
As all of our products are made to order, they are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event an item is damaged during delivery, we will replace it and cover postage costs for returning the faulty product (if requested). We must be made aware of faulty/damaged items within 48hrs of receipt (including photos of damage to item / packaging).
Exchanges:
In the unlikely event an item contains an error that is our fault, we will replace it and cover postage costs.
If the error is due to customisation options provided during the checkout process, we may offer a reduced cost re-print and will charge for the additional postage.
